Beckler Appointed as Vice Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee for HCAF

Fort Smith, Ark. - Jeanne Beckler, Regional Vice President of Clinical Operations for AseraCare Home Health in Florida, was recently appointed to serve as the Vice Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF). "This prestigious appointment is an honor for Jeanne and for AseraCare Home Health," said Bob Donovan, Preisdent of Aseracare.

This HCAF committee monitors the lobbying and oversight of state legislation and regulations affecting the Association's members. In this position, Jeanne will review proposed bills and rule revisions and contact governmental decision makers to inform them about HCAF's position on pending legislation. Her knowledge will be an invaluable asset to HCAF as they address legislative issues affecting our aging society.

Founded 20 years ago, HCAF is a non-profit trade association dedicated to serving Florida home care providers and their vendors. The association provides representation, communication and advocacy services to its members.
